There are 3 levels of participation in this ministry: (1) Team Member - Meets most frequently to design and implement the worship environment for the liturgical seasons. This includes organizing and inventorying current supplies and purchasing new materials. (2) Project Worker - Called whenever a set-up is being done. Working at a Team Member's direction, the Project Worker helps implement the ideas decided by the A&E Team. (3) Resource Person - Sewer/Carpenter/Floral Design/ Graphic Arts Participates on own time, offering their gifts in the area of their talents. The A&E Team would call upon you in your respective area when the need arises (i.e., new altar linens, minor repairs or creation of new decoration, seasonal arrangements) Qualities needed: A good sense of color, design, and balance are helpful, but not necessary; a creative, open mind that doesn't get discouraged if their ideas are not selected; a team worker who can both give and follow directions.
