BEREAVEMENT MINISTRY

A vital ministry to help those in grief due to the death of a loved one. Meet with families, following the death, to plan the funeral and Vigil service. The quarterly bereavement publication, Ruth, is mailed to families during the first year. This ministry also sends cards to the families on the year anniversary. Help with planning the Mass of Remembrance in November. Those interested in this ministry are asked to have had experience in dealing with people in grief.
