CATECHETICAL MINISTRY/SCHOOL OF RELIGION

Catechetical ministry promotes God's Living Word to become a way of life with the children, by presenting the child with major themes of our beliefs, Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, Pentecost, and Sacraments, etc. We use Loyola Press, Bible based, Christ our Life series. The sixth grade covers more of the Bible events along with major themes. Those called to this ministry can serve as catechists, assistants, office work, special projects coordinator for prayer services, celebrations, and community service projects.
