Official Minutes

January 2005 minutes were approved
Pastor's Report: Fr. Nick Floridi
Update on projects:
- Gates should be operational. Minor programming issues will be addressed. Landscaping and painting tasks are being addressed. A sign for the school is being procured as well as a statue for “Christ the Redeemer”.
- Baptistry is in final stages of completion. The ambry to be completed soon.
- School open house was a success. Some grades are reaching maximum capacity. Two rooms full for kindergarten at this time.
Jubilee Plans - no updated information at this time.
Lenten week and Easter mass schedules were discussed.
Old Business:
Joe Sotelo
- Report on Confirmation Retreat: Held in Prescott. It was successful, busy, and one of the largest so far. Very spiritual and uplifting. . Parents were very involved on return.
Terez Sanguine
- Report on Employment Ministry. Visited with St. Patrick's staff. Their operation is different from St. Timothy. May be interested in 'team' concept with certain activities and responsibilities. Terez will confer with Fr. Chuck and Cheryl Lienau on specifics. Council was supportive of the concept.
Neil Urban
- Seder planning moving along. Joe Sotelo and Ryan in the process of recruiting help especially with closure and clean-up.
New Business

- Council membership: Neil will communicate with members with expiring terms.
- Closure Dinner: June 08 at the home of Jerry McKenna
Rob Kubasko
- Web Site Report: Rob reported on activity, format and an analysis. Rob suggested a signup box for emails. Discussion followed on confidentiality issues. Rob included plans for expanding ministries to include description and contact information. (hard copy attached)
- Newsletter: Rob provided ideas and thoughts - council was supportive.
- Priests and the Media: A general discussion over latest media events. Council again voiced support for Fr.'s Chuck and Nick.
